Meditation

Meditation is a great tool for relaxation. It won’t work alone to cure someone of depression or an eating disorder, but in conjunction with cognitive behavioural therapy, it worked for me.

Meditation is great for everybody, it helps us to slow down, put things in perspective, and calm our thoughts.

There is no right or wrong way to do meditation, but it does help to have some help, especially when new to it.

Before meditating, it often helps to listen to relaxing sounds. There are many videos on you tube, some of the binaural beats are great. This is one of my favorites.
